Description
You begged us to, we’re obliged to…since everyone else sucks at 375 Raptor.
375 Raptor has always been plagued with “forever wildcat” status. This makes it hard to get a consistently manufactured casings that fit the industry accepted chamber reamers floating around…not anymore, we go through great lengths to make the most consistent 375R casing out of “NEW” Winchester 7.62x51mm NATO brass. Not once fired military range brass that’s been put through a belt-fed 240B.
We start off with FL sizing on a specially manufactured carbide sizer + carbide expander gradually enlarging the casemouth, then form in a trim die in a single step. After sizing and trimming, we induction anneal on an AMP annealer to guarantee consistent annealing without the spring-back.
Finally, we dry-tumble in cured crushed walnut media for several hours to remove case lube and minor sizing marks from the forming process.
Once all of this has been completed, we remove the primer pocket crimps during the priming and loading process.
The take-away from this is that 375 Raptor requires boutique-level attention only found here.
Our 375 Raptor ammo is loaded on a modified Dillion RL1100-C progressive press utilizing custom manufactured 375 Raptor dies and digital powder dispenser with optical powder check to ensure the most consistent 375 Raptor ammo loaded anywhere.
