Return Policy
Any discrepancy with your shipment must be reported via our contact form or email address within 3 days of delivery. We will either send a replacement with a return label, or issue a refund depending on the situation.
We can’t guarantee you a desired outcome of any kind if a discrepancy is not reported within 3 days of delivery.
Once an order is placed and you decide to cancel, requests may be approved if the order hasn’t processed for shipping yet.
There are no returns on live ammunition without a RMA. Returns that are not due to defects will incur a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be in resell-able condition.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS ON AMMUNITION:
ALASKA
Due to shipping restrictions, we do not ship to the state of Alaska.
CALIFORNIA
Due to local regulations, we do not ship ammunition to Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco or Avalon. We can ship to the rest of California, but it must be through a Federal Firearms Licensee.
CONNECTICUT
Due to local regulations, we can only ship ammunition to residents of Connecticut if they provide a valid ammunition certificate or a valid permit to carry a pistol or revolver or a valid long gun eligibility certificate.
HAWAII
Due to shipping restrictions, we do not ship to the state of Hawaii.
ILLINOIS
Due to local regulations, we do not ship ammunition to the City of Chicago and Cook County. We can however, ship ammunition to the rest of the state of Illinois, but you must provide a photo of your valid state FOID card & photo of your driver’s license or valid state ID card.
MASSACHUSETTS
Due to local regulations, we do not ship to the state of Massachusetts.
NEW YORK
Due to local regulations, we do not ship ammunition to New York City or the surrounding boroughs. We can however, ship ammunition to the rest of the state of New York, but it must be through a Federal Firearms Licensee.
WASHINGTON DC
Due to local regulations, we do not ship to Washington D.C.
Sale Restrictions:
Firearms will only be shipped to the address listed on the FFL. All licenses will be validated through FFL EZ Check and must match exactly to avoid any delays. Ammunition and firearms cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box.
No sales of ANY ammunition or firearms to the city of Chicago, Cook County, the state of Massachusetts, Washington D.C and Puerto Rico.
